Im still trying to figure out how to help my son to take the test. It links very simple to use. I was able to record the spelling words but some items simply do not work? Upsetting!

We love the word search and testing. Very easy to enter words and voice annotations. Everything a spelling test app should be - including being fun! Thanks for creating this wonderful app.

Weve been using this app for years. It is a creative way to get our kids to study their weekly word tests. It uses 2 ways to study - a word search, and it mixes up the letter arrangement of each word. The test portion allows our kids to spell the words they misspelled. Personally, we find it easy to use. We like being able to turn hints on or off, and review their scores.

Absolutely love this app! Easy to use and my daughter enjoys it! I highly recommend it!

this is a great app because it allows parents to focus on kids spelling problem areas with a very personalized approach. My son is learning English as a second language and Super Speller allows me to create custom tests to help him prepare for school and just improve his spelling in general. Five stars!

Highly configurable. Nice graphics. Great app.

Been using Super Speller from the beginning to its present release. Keeps getting better but doesnt loose its core identity of creating a unique and interactive tool to make learning fun and rewarding for any age. Simple creation and the personalization aspect with recording your own voice puts this app as a must have in your childs learning toolkit.

Great application, just added and recorded my kids English and Dutch words. They are playing a game and learning words...

I am a reading tutor, and the kids love this app. I put in several tests a week and the kids I work with ask to play it everyday! I really like the fact that on the test part there is a little smiley test giving them instant feedback. This promotes independence, as they can self correct at the moment they are making a mistake. I think this is a great benefit, as it is always bad to practice spelling a word wrong! I would love to see a crossword puzzle added for vocabulary building!

I have been using this app with a small spelling group in an elementary school. I love that I can easily create tests- with my voice recorded- track test scores AND that it includes study games/activities for students to use. I also love that whatever the word is the app provides the definition- upon request when studying. The students enjoy using the iPad to take their tests and they are able to focus on the spelling of the words without having to worry about their handwriting. It is a friendly and inviting app for both kids and adults- as it is easy to create tests and track scores. The test even goes over the students spelling test to show any incorrectly spelled words- the students love to know how they did immediately after the test (which didnt happen when I was grading). This has become one of my favorite apps to use with students because it is s practical.

My favorite part of super speller is that I can have the teacher say the words so that my son will know how it will sound during the test. Some people have different accents and it helps my son during the test! Its great! This app has made huge improvement in my sons spelling. He WANTS to play this app and is learning at the same time!!

Really nice app. My Kindergartener is flying through his weekly spelling tests now. He thinks this app is for fun, not for learning. I didnt give 5 stars only because I have had some trouble opening the tests on occasion. Im downloading the update now and am hopeful that it will fix this small inconvenience.

All teachers who has an iPad should try this in the classrooms. Find engagements and personal attentions in your classrooms with this App!

Wonderfully done app. Suggestion, make an option that turns the balloons off. Not all students need the fanfare. Also it would be great if the student could write the words with their finger or a stylus pen. -from a Montessori teacher

This app was a godsend! I was able to make custom spelling lists (days of the week and contractions) and my daughter went from tears to cheers! She loved the word searches and scrambles! Her last Spelling Test was an A. Thank you!

I use it to practice spelling with my niece. She loves to "play" with it and we have noticed significant improvement after she started. The software is full of useful features like randomizing the test or retaking the test with only incorrect answered questions, etc... And the coolest thing is it is language independent. We are brazilians and she is actually using Super Speller to practice with portuguese. Congratulations to the developer team. Amazing job. I wish we had more apps like this in the store.

My daughter loves this app. I use it each week for her spelling words in our homeschool. However, I wish a couple of things: 1) I had the option to delete words she spelled correctly under the "Edit Test" tab…. which leads to: 2) "Manage Tests" has the option of being password protected. Add these two features, and Ill give this app 5 stars! We really love it.

My students love this app. My only issue is that I would like the option to email results to non-apple addresses/devices.

input/editing is clumsy. needs easier way to show list of words for study.
